TheTeamUp works behind the scenes as your delivery and growth partner. We will never approach or communicate with your client unless you explicitly want us to.

Step 2. Build the Right Team for the Project

Once the project is confirmed, TheTeamUp assembles a tailored delivery team based on the project requirements.

This ensures:

• No unnecessary overhead

• Better project-team fit

• Faster onboarding and execution

You remain the project lead and keep full ownership of the client relationship.

Step 3. Execute in a 6-Month Trial Phase

We collaborate during an initial 6-month period to validate:

• Delivery quality

• Team collaboration

• Communication efficiency

• Business compatibility

This phase helps both sides confirm whether the partnership creates long-term value.

Step 4. Growth Assessment & Partnership Decision
After the trial phase, we review the results together.

If:

• our collaboration is successful,

• you see clear value in working with TheTeamUp, and

• our assessment shows strong growth potential,

then we move to Phase 2. Business Growth Support
